How to Delete Your Account

Users of the Notify My Client application can delete their account directly inside the mobile app:

Settings → Delete Account

Once the account is deleted:

  • All personal data associated with the account is permanently deleted from our systems.
  • This includes profile information, reservations, and related user data.
  • Certain billing-related records may be retained where required by applicable financial or tax regulations.

Requests are processed within 7 days.
