How to Delete Your Account
Users of the Notify My Client application can delete their account directly inside the mobile app:
Settings → Delete Account
Once the account is deleted:
- All personal data associated with the account is permanently deleted from our systems.
- This includes profile information, reservations, and related user data.
- Certain billing-related records may be retained where required by applicable financial or tax regulations.
If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting:

Requests are processed within 7 days.
