This Privacy Policy describes how Notify My Client ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data of users ("you", "your") when using our mobile applications and related services.
1. Data We Collect
- Identification data: display name, country, unique ID (if provided).
- Contact data: email, phone number, address.
- Usage data: reservations, cancellations, client settings, favorites, etc.
- Technical data: device information, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for notifications, login method (email, Google, etc.).
- Other data necessary for proper application operation.
2. Purpose of Processing
- To provide the reservation and scheduling functionality.
- To send automated notifications and reminders.
- To enable account authentication and authorization.
- To manage licensing, free trial access, and payments.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
- Performance of a contract (you use our App as per Terms and Conditions).
- Legal obligations (invoices, tax, or regulatory requirements).
- Legitimate interests (service improvement, fraud prevention).
All processing operations are limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision and improvement of our services.
4. Data Sharing
- Service providers: Google Firebase and related cloud infrastructure.
- Legal authorities: if required by law, court order, or legal proceedings.
Data may be processed and stored on Google Firebase servers, which may be located outside your country. In such cases, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied.
We do not share personal data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Personal data is stored as long as your account is active.
- When you delete your account, we will either delete or anonymize your personal data without undue delay.
- Important: your account data may be deleted immediately, or scheduled for deletion, based on applicable law and our policy to prevent misuse of the free trial period. In particular, we reserve the right to delay or schedule the deletion of accounts created under a free trial plan in order to avoid repeated creation and deletion of accounts with the purpose of unjustly extending the free trial period. Once the retention period has elapsed, the account and related data will be permanently erased.
- In any case, account data will not be retained longer than legally required or longer than 3 months after account deletion.
- Certain non-personal, aggregated, or anonymized data may be retained for analytics or service improvement.
6. Your Rights under GDPR
You have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia.
In the event of legal disputes, the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
